Collapsible Spill Containment Spill Berm Video
The Stake Wall Model collapsible spill berm is portable spill and leak containment for 55-gallon drums, IBC totes, frac tanks, equipment, and other vehicles. The Stake Wall model has sidewalls made from flexible polyurethane stakes that spring back into place automatically when being bent in either direction. The flexible design of the sidewalls makes this collapsible spill containment berm is a true drive-in and drive-out solution, allowing trucks and vehicles to roll over the walls without breaking the upright structure. The vertical sidewall supports are located every 12 inches. Each support features a built-in "living hinge" at the base that allows the sidewalls to collapse in either direction. The collapsed sidewalls will spring back in either direction. There's no set up required for the Stake Wall Model collapsible spill berm.
You can easily fold and transport this UltraTech spill berm to different locations. For spill containment and protection, simply unfold the spill containment berm and the sidewalls will automatically spring into their vertical position. Other details about the Collapsible Spill Containment Berms include the operating temperature range and the weights of the materials used to construct the berm. The operating temperature range for PVC is Max 150°F, Min: -20°F and Copolymer 2000 is Max 160°F, Min: -25°F. The weight of the Copolymer 2000 is 25 oz. / sq. yard and PVC is 22 oz. / sq. yard.
The drive-over spill containment berm will keep you in compliance with EPA Container Storage Regulation 40 CFR 264.175 and Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure Act (SPCC).
