IBC secondary containment comes in three models:
- Standard Ultra hard top spill pallets
- Twin Ultra hard top spill pallets
- Modular Ultra hard top spill pallets
IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) secondary containment is made from an all-polyethylene construction that makes it rust-resistant and corrosion-resistant. IBC tote spill containment pallets feature doors that swing out for easy storage and access. The rolltop keeps the elements away from your IBCs, totes, and large containers. IBC containment unit models are chemical resistant to a wide range of chemicals like acids, solvents, and oils.
The IBC spill containment pallet is weatherproof. During moments of intense gusts and rainfall, the interior of the IBC containment pallet should always be checked after these times of intense weather. The polyethylene construction of the IBC containment unit is also UV resistant.
The intermediate bulk container pallet can be lifted by a forklift to move it on your jobsite. The twin model of the Ultra hard top spill pallets allows you to store two IBCs at the same time. The economical approach to storing IBC tanks or drums. Each side of the IBC containment unit can hold 8,000 lbs. The Twin IBC spill containment pallet can hold two IBC tanks in the same model, but sometimes you need to store multiple tanks without taking up too much space. Modular IBC spill containment pallet models can hold up to 5 tanks, through connecting walls and sharing containment sumps by use of flow-through bulkhead fittings.

The IBC tote spill containment will keep you in compliance against these leaks and spills. IBC spill containment pallet styles provide economical containment for outdoor IBC storage. Ultra hard top spill pallets provide containment that is weatherproof and exclude most rain and wind. The IBC containment unit can be easily taken apart and cleaned, put back together, and moved via forklift. Spill containment berms can also be of use with IBC containment unit pallets for even more spill containment protection. IBC Containment Pallet FAQs
IBC tote spill containment pallets are not completely waterproof, but they are weatherproof. The rolltop will keep water out of your IBC spill containment pallet, but always check your IBC containment unit after weather that has heavy rain and gusts of wind.
There are two forklift pockets on the IBC Ultra hard top spill pallets that can help to move the pallet. We do not recommend moving the IBC containment unit while there is a full tank on top of it.
