Rapid Rise Spill Berm Video
The Ultra Containment Berm Rapid Rise Models provide drive-over spill containment that is very effective in keeping spills contained starting with the very moment they occur. When there are no spills, the sidewalls stay out of your way, allowing vehicles and machinery or equipment to easily enter. The spill containment barriers also provide quick and easy spill and leak containment for 55-gallon drums, IBCs, frac tanks, and other larger pieces of stationary equipment. Standard materials for the Ultra Containment Berm Rapid Rise Model are PVC and Copolymer 2000. The entire berm will lay flat unless a leak or spill occurs. The foam ring at the top of the berm will rise with the liquid level. Because the Rapid Rise spill Berm lies flat, there is little worry of tripping hazards and no need to lower the walls for vehicles and machinery to enter. There's no setup required for this spill containment barrier. The built-in struts around the perimeter of the spill containment berm provide addition support when the liquid level is high.

In the event of a puncture or tear, you will need a Patching Kit to repair it. In order to receive the proper repair kit, call us and let us know what type of damage your berm has experienced. For patching holes, you will greatly benefit from the Ultra Berm Repair Kit, which includes a tool box, heat gun, hand roller, replacement handles, and assorted patches.
Additional accessories add to the protection of your spill containment berm and enhance your experience of it. Some recommended accessories include a ground tarp, track belts, and a repair kit. A ground tarp is helpful in placing underneath the spill containment berm to protect it from objects on the ground that could harm it. Track belts are strips made of heavy-duty reinforced PVC material that you lay down inside the berm. They take the bulk of the wear and tear that tires and vehicles have on driving in and out of the berm.
