To meet secondary spill containment pallet requirements, our spill pallets are made with a 66 gallon or more sump capacity to effectively store 55-gallon drums, catch leaks, and prevent spills. The standard spill pallet will weigh anywhere from 63 lbs. to 90 lbs. Different model types of the spill containment pallet will weigh more. Spill pallets can come outfitted with or without a drain. Spill Containment Pallet Applications
Spill containment pallets are one of the simplest and safest ways to store and contain oil drums around your facility. The standard model of spill pallet has a classic spill pallet design with a large bottom sump and removeable top grate. While all our spill containment pallet models are available with or without a drain, we can advise you on the best possible practices to keep with your spill pallet. Our secondary spill containment pallets are designed with a cross design underneath the removeable grating to aid in spill pallet storage.

The gallonage capacity on the standard spill pallets is 66 gallons. This exceeds the federal requirements for secondary spill containment of 55-gallon drums. This extra gallon capacity in the spill pallets gives you extra confidence when leaks and spills should occur.
Spill pallets can come with or without a drain. A drain on your spill pallet can make it easier to clean up if a spill should occur.
